Disappointed

<p>I have sent a return to them, I was given 2 options to use to return the item ;Post office and a Courier service. I used post Office Courier services and the adress they gave me. The parcel is at Woodstock Post office and the 1st notification has been sent to them for collection. Now they are telling me to get an agent to deliver to them, why must i do that where's it was them who gave me the options to use. And they never told me that i will have to get someone to deliver to them from Post office. </p>
