Disappointed

I am so disappointed just got my delivery and I am utterly sorry why I ever purchased from runway. The one shoe looks it was the try on shoe at the shop the one bead is Cracked and off the shoe.... And it looks like a hand me down Steve Madden. What a disappointment!!!! Can I get a total refund for this......
