Disappointed

I bought a watch 6 months ago.. and it doesn't work at all. I had a new battery installed.. the watch doesn't work at all.. it.cost me a pretty penny.. not worth buying it there. Had I known I could've bought it at a well known jewelry store.. very disappointed.. was a loyal customer. Not anymore..
