Delivery Taking a very long time

I placed an order on the 25th of July 2025 to date I am waiting for a delivery (05/08/25). I tried calling My runway to check what is with the hold up and the lady who told me her name was Carla suggested in a very rude maner that I should just cancel the order since I sounded unhappy. That is the response I got after 10 days of waiting for the parcel. Mind you this is not the first time I call My runway to follow up on my order, I called Friday the 1st of August and the lady I spoke to( I did not get her name) promised me that she will make sure that I recieve my order on Monday the 4th. Runway employees have to learn a better way of solving issues and responding professionally to customers because it is really frustrating to have to be serviced by someone who is not helping in anyway other than being arrogant.
