DELIVERY PERIOD: 2 MONTHS COUNTING!
<p>My order was placed and paid for on 14 December 2016. </p> <p>As Christmas was around the corner, I can appreciate how busy they were going to get, so I prepared myself for a long delivery period.</p> <p>However for the second time this year, I called their Call Centre ********** with to response, so once again I attempted to make contact via email. And still nothing - no reply, no goods.</p> <p>I placed and paid for an order MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AGO. NOT 20 days, NOT 1 month, but more than 2 MONTHS ago! I have VERY PATIENTLY waited the mandatory 9 - 20 working days for delivery after the event has closed and still gave them an additional week.</p> <p>How much longer do I have to wait for my order? </p> <p>I can't even get in touch with them to demand my refund!</p>
