Delivery FAIL

What an absolute FAIL! My order was first delivered to the wrong person, then I had to deal with Dawn Wing who didn't give a rats ass about how inconvenient this was and didn't even know that my order went to the wrong person. They kept on lying saying its in their warehouse.

Second attempt still getting it wrong! They call to confirm address and delivery on Thursday 11 June because it was dispatched for delivery. Today is 13 June and I still don't have it. Instead they keep calling me to check if I've received it. What the actual ****! An order from March... Seriously guys!

I actually don't want it anymore if I don't get this weekend. I want a refund. You guys should hold your courier partners accountable and not just hand over our parcels and fold your arms once it's gone.
