DELAYED ORDER WITH NO COMMUNICATION

I've placed an order on the 6th of August and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered,I've been calling asking about my order & I'm told it's stuck at their warehouse 🙄I've paid 4 delivery to get such delay this is so unacceptable really....and it's now 8 days late still no communication from my Runway I'm the only one who's constantly following up with them 🙄
