Damaged Steve Madden bags

If written a review about this company previously regarding a designer bag that I've purchased from them. The bag in question is a Steve Madden bag. The 1st one was sent to me unboxed and was not even wrapped in protective bubble wrap. I logged a return and this *********** company went to the wrong address to fetch the item. I called and emailed them on numerous occasions as well they assured me that the replacement bag would be carefully packaged and shippped to me. They shipped out a replacement bag on 13/12/2022 upon receiving it I noticed it was not boxed. I opened the courier sleeve to discover that the bag was not even bubble wrapped. The bag has scratches and dents on it. I'm extremely disappointed at this company and their customer relations. This is the 2nd damaged bag in the past 2 weeks they have sent to me
