Damaged Goods

<p>I purchased goods which I waited for delivery for over a week, when I finaly got it the one bottle of qtex was damaged. I left it as the rest was fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a pair of glasses and when I received it, the one lense was not even in the frame properly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reported it and have not received ANY feedback or solution other than they will find out at the Warehouse</p>
