Damaged designer accessories

When receivingmy order, I was astonished that a designer bag was packaged so poorly and sent to the couriers. The Steve Madden bag was not placed into a RunwaySale box like previous items that I've purchased from them. It was just placed in a courier sleeve (packet) upon receiving I noticed a few sc****d and holes on the packet. When I unpackaged the item, I noticed a scratches on the Steve Madden bag and a indent on the top flap and the clip on strap was broken.

When I logged on to the runway sale site. Their return policy doesn't not state anything about replacements/exchanges further more the bag that I been patiently waiting is now sold out on their site.

Such a major disappointment 😞

Upon receiving the delivery I noticed that the delivery bag had few holes it it. Once opening the package I was appalled . The gorgeous Steve Madden bag that I purchased had scratches on it, a small dent on the top flap and the clip on the strap was broken.

This is very disappointing especially since I've been patiently waiting for this order.

I would like a replacement bag sent to me with better packaging 📦
