Customer Service with excellent

<p>Runway delivered incorrect size as compared to what’s written to the box. The online purchase was done in January 2017 and only noticed now in July... I contacted Runway this month (July) had they accepted my return without mentioning the 15days return policy.</p> <p>Above all I had best service from Terri, till today I’m encouraged to do plus 1 on customer service, she was humble, rep**** on time... </p> <p> </p>
