Customer Service

I had made a purchase yesterday as a gift for someone and it was infact the incorrect size so i had contacted Runway Sale just after 8am , was greeted by a friendly voice and she assisted me in cancelling part of my order straight way , it literally took 5 mins and my query was sorted and the credit was put into my account. This is what i call great customer service.
