brilliant service

<p>i had ordered stuff from runwaysale and when the order was received a bottle or two of nailpolish had spilt into the whole package. i lodged it with runwaysale and the efficient jessica handled the return of it and the items were replaced with stock they had and for the items they didnt have stock of the old items were cleaned and returned to me without a charge. they have given me a store credit for them. i was very impressed with the service and the diligence of Jessica to me as a customer.</p>
