Brilliant Customer Care

I placed an order on a public holiday and needed the winter jacket for the following week for a trip. It was only scheduled to arrive after I would have already left. I contacted customer care and Lorraine was able to expedite my order and have it collected by the courier the same day! I was impressed at how fast my email was answered and a plan made for me.
