Beware of RunwaySale

<p> I received the wrong size and I was rudely told by Jenevieve that it was my fault as they only use UK sizes and US. It made me wonder then why do they provide the size charts? Now i have to pay to have it returned or I must probably sell it on Gumtree or OLX. Imagine 'Bought wrong size on RunwaySale and now re-selling my shoes'. It is such a pity as i do enjoy shopping on their site and love the discounts.</p>
