Bad systems

I am very disappointed in runway sale secret sale. As a online trader the site should do beter stress testing on their systems as the site crashed numerous times during the secret sale. I added the items to my cart when the secret sale started at 08:00 and proceeded to check out immediatly and just before I could pay the site crashed and after refreshing numerous times so that I could pay my cart was empty and all the goods I added was sold out. I am a repeat customer of theirs and refered numerous other people and will no longer do so in future as I am very disappointed in their systems and procedure. A cart should not be emptied and and when you add items to your cart it should be reserved for you for a reasonable period which is not currently the case.
