Bad service

They advertised items, i then paid for the size. After weeks of waiting while they said they are waiting for stock from the warehouse i was told the item is not available. Then i ordered a jacket and they send the wrong size, couldn't exchange because i was told it is out of stock.I Then i ordered some stuff again and there were 2 items missing from my order. I sent emails to them and they took about a week to respond to my query. Their service sucks these days. I have been buying from them for years but they will loose me as a customer
