Bad service, be careful!

<p>I have been a loyal customer for almost a year, bud since about 2 or 3 months ago, I experience overall bad service (deliveries take long, no / slow response to emails or phone calls, slow to pay out refunds (if any), etc.)</p> <p>Elmien and Karl, you are going to loose business!</p>
