Bad service

I placed an order on the 21st November and to date haven't received it. These were Christmas presents for my family. It was supposed to be delivered within 21 days. I called them on Thursday, the 20th and was told is with the courier and was given their numbers. They promised to deliver at 12 on Friday nothing called again said 2pm then at 3:30 Sylvia from Dawnwing and promised to deliver at my place on Saturday at 10. I called at 11:30 and my parcel was still there. Today when I called was told it was with another company RWS and they will only deliver on the 2nd. Called Runways today to cancel the order and was told that they can not cancel as the order is already with the courier. This is the worst service I encountered in my life. People do not care about their jobs. I have the names of all the people I spoke to. I am disgusted as I had to go and buy presents again for tomorrow.
