Bad delivery time

*** I had place an order on the 25 July which had an estimated delivery of 4-8th August. I spoke to different agents from the 08th and they confirmed order being shipped. Eventually i sent an email. Kim from their complaints team on the 11 th rep**** and said my order its shipped mark urgent with higher priority and again today i called still no order same response
