Bad customer service, incorrect checkout cost

Due to \Error system \"on Runaway sale part my order is being cancelled. this all happens after i called them to ask whether the discounted total that is requested from me to pay is correct they confirmed all is in order and total is correct, a week later they contact me to say that i have an outstanding amount if i dont pay they will cancel order and refund me or i have to pay outstanding amount as they have noticed the amount i paid is less than what it is suppose to be due system errors on their part and they busy investigating they issue and are willing to compensate me with R50 voucher (Pathetic). emails when back and forth and the last email i received was money is being refunded and order cancelled. <br> <br> I will not shopping at runaway sale again "
