Bad baddest online service I have experienced.

I have ordered a pair of winter boots from runway sales on the 31st March 2020, delivery took more than it was said it will be delivered. I had to call more than 4 times for the parcel to arrive. After arrival the shoes ddnt fit, I had to return them according to their rules, again it took more than 1r days to be picked. I asked to be refunded, which I logged on their website as it should. It took forever again I had to send e-mails with no response and calls. When I finally received my refund its R120 short. What kind of service is this really? Do I have to be calling again using my money to ask for my full refund? Who is paying for my bank fees? I'm so ****ed and disgusted with this company I want my full refund back together with the bank fees.
