Awful service

<p>The 2nd time having to deal with Runaway sale bad service. i placed an order on the 28th of November (Order: ********** ********** ), 19 working days later I'm still unable to get hold of the customer service and no reply to emails (and shocking when i tried calling today, voice message stating they closed early - no proper communication to the customers and I'm still puzzled on how people could close early knowing the backlog they have)</p> <p> </p> <p>i wouldn't be surprise even if they dont take this complaint seriously. anyway can someone contact me and let me know when will I receive my order. Tomorrow will 20 working days, and as indicated on their website dispatching an order should take not more than 20 working days</p>
