Atrocious service

<p>I ordered items to the value of about R1200 on 25 November 2016. Runway Sale's terms and conditions state that an order can take up to 20 days to deliver, which means I should have received my goods by 23 Dec. What truely irks me is that they do not pick up the phone when one calls, and I didnt bother emailing because they don't bother responding to those as well - judging by the Facebook complaints. I have complained twice on fb and received no response.</p> <p>To top things off, my colleague, who ordered on the same day has already received her order but I'm still waiting for mine. The status on the website says 'payment received'. It seems to me that they are happy to receive payment, but not to fulfil on their end of the deal. </p>
