Appalling Service

I have been shopping with Runway Sale since 2014. Customer Service has always been excellent, but unfortunately in the last month I have experienced appalling service. I ordered a perfume which is a Parallel import which I know comes with the risk of the fragrance not smelling authentic or being weak in scent. However, Runway Sale says the perfume will be covered under their warranty and terms. When my perfume arrived, the scent was so weak it was almost non existent. And it is a perfume I have used before so I am aware of its strength, this one I received is so weak. When I asked to return it, they said they do not accept returns on fragrances. Then why does their website say it will be covered under warranty and terms? The response I got "Thank you for your below email, we haven't had any other complaints about this product, which regards to staying power of the fragrance. Have a lovely day further :-D"

Where on earth is that even considered a decent response?!

Misleading website and appalling service. Never had this issue with Zando
