Another Runway Fail

<p>I placed my order on 22 October 2016 and have still not received my goods (on December the 2nd). Their website states 9-20 working days for delivery and it has now been 30!! No communication whatsoever has been given from their side regarding the order. Absolutely horrible service!</p>
