All promise and no delivery

<p>I placed an order on 17 January and payed promptly,as one should. I waited for the 20 business days to go by and then statrted to follow up. Have to hear that the call cente is waiting for confirmation from the warehouse. I have followed up numerous time and get excuses that the call cente is waiting for the warehouse, e-mails being send between them. In the mean time ,I the client have paid for an item that i have not received in the expected time. I have ordered lots of time on Runway, but this will be my last time. No wonder online shopping can not get of the ground in SA , because of these type of incedents that leave a negative memory!</p>
