Absolutely poor service and turn around time

<p>I placed an order on the 15th of June, as this was my 1st time ordering from the site I checked the delivery times and was tracking my order, on the 1st of July it reflected as ready for picking, by the 5th the status was the same so I sent in a query, and the response said that my order was ready and that they would follow up with the warehouse and get back to me, which still hasn't happened, on the 8th it finally reflected as invoiced, who knew it takes a week to print and invoice, and I till today it's still reflecting as invoiced, i understand that it says delivery can take up to 20 working days, but if the order has been ready I can not understand the delay, especially since you still have to pay for delivery, my only guess is that they are batching their orders to save on delivery costs; which is not fair. Extremely poor service! Definitely never going order from this site again! In fact once I get my order I'm going block it completely and will also warn everyone I know not to order from them. </p>
