9 weeks and still no order received

<p>I placed an order at the end of November 2016. Received no indication as to when I would get the package. After a month I decided to contact RunwaySale and they informed me that I should receive it "early in the following week." Still no package. Complained again and was told I should receive it "in the following week." I still have not received anything.</p> <p>It is very clear that the communications team does not know what is happening at the Warehouse and cannot give and accurate estimation of delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolute shocking, shocking service and they still have my money.</p>
