34 days later no delivery!!

<p>I placed an order for 3 items on the 3rd of February 2017, 34 working days later I have not received my order. I've contacted Runwaysale a number of times and their consultant Kim informed me that they were expecting stock to be delivered on the week of the 10th of March. They later informed me that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock (LOL) after they had the sale up and running again, I got my refund for that item. I'm still waiting for the other 2 items to be delivered. Runwaysales delivery policy clearly states that it takes 9-20 working days to deliver. Please help me resolve this. </p>
