17 Weeks, still no product, no cash and no response

<p>25 October I ordered Online<br />23 December recieved an email that my order was not in stock and i would be given a refund</p> <p>17 weeks later, no order, no money and no response to my many many emails.<br />Call Centre number has a voice recorded note that they have high call volumes and an email should rather be sent</p>
