Trade inn / Runner inn

I have ordered a pair of track & field spikes from this company almost a month ago. Since then they have sent my 2 e-mails, 1 with the order confirmation and 1 with the tracking details. The tracking details was last updated 21 Jan, that is more than a week ago. Stating that the order is on route to destination country... I have tried to make enquiries using their online chat service several times, you start out as number 45/46 in the queue and then somehow your session is disconnected every time before you reach the single digits... There is no e-mail address listed to make enquiries either....

Please do not buy from this company, they are quick to take your money but have no intention of delivering your goods!
