Do not waist your time and money

I've placed an order on the 30th of June 2020. After an unusually long wait the package was dispatched on the 7th of August. Since then I've followed up on a weekly basis without any success. Their last answer: Unfortunately, there is no more information related to this investigation so far. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience." Almost 75 days without a solid answer in this day and age - pathetic!
