Insurance repudiated a claim based on a brokers own personal and emotional decision.

A KZN couple had an ordeal where their claim was repudiated by a reputable corporate for a simple reason. Unfortunately, their car was written off and one of the passengers had succumbed to her injuries. During this terrible time, their insurance of 10 years, with history of only 2 minor claims, had turned them down.
