Expired alcohol and poor service

Bought alcohol that expired 5 years ago and when I returned the alcohol was helped by a rude lady who screamed at me infront of the customers and we went there to exchange the alcohol but they way she was rude we did not exchange we took a refund , she didn't bother to apologies for the inconvenience that was caused to us , I posted my experience on Facebook and a lot of comments was that the stuff the is very rude , I think something must be done because they are where they are because of customers and without customers they do not have business and they need to know that money has no colour , that lady was so rude that thinking about her gives me goosebumps all that she needed to do was to apologies , she really needs to go for customer care corse
