Refund request
I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing lack of resolution to my refund request. On numerous occasions, I have requested a refund and have also submitted a refund application via the link previously provided on your Instagram account. Unfortunately, the link is no longer functioning, and your website also appears to be unavailable. At this stage, all I am requesting is the refund of the R900.00 paid for tickets purchased for the event scheduled for 28 February 2026, which was subsequently cancelled. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, I have yet to receive either my refund or meaningful feedback regarding the status of my request. Given the length of time that has elapsed since the event cancellation, I am now considering pursuing formal legal avenues to recover these funds, as the money is being retained despite no event having taken place.

It's almost a month Ruie beauty, ****med us of the event in Johannesburg on the 28/02/26,but no show,how do you postpone an event a day before, where is your professionalism if we are not ****med, please refund us....we can't even comment on your page,cz you locked comments
