Worst service ever:(

I purchased a Blackview N6000 smartphone online. The device was delivered the following day. However, I encountered issues with the phone immediately after receiving it. The seller promptly arranged for a pickup. Unfortunately, the subsequent process of retrieving the phone proved to be quite challenging. Despite these difficulties, I have chosen to retain the device, even with its current problems, rather than relive the ordeal of dealing with the seller.
