Rugged SA poor service on inverter

I have purchased an inverter from Rugged SA for supporting me during loadshwdding while i work.from home which went faulty within a month. On logging calls with them, the device gets collected and returned repeatedly, without a reaolution. I still have the faulty device that switches off while in use, which was supposedly repaired but does not perform like it did initially when purchased it. RuggedSA wastes my time and money on courier fees back and forth but will not replace the device. I am actually tired of dealing with RuggedSA and wish i didn't make the purchase initially. I will not make any further purchases from them as their service is disappointing and customer focus is poor. Definitely not a recommended source.
