ood day, My experience started with a phone, very friendly and I was sent a user friendly book in form link, also explained why the book in form would be beneficial to use. Professional and excellent service received from Rugged SA, prompt services received from Danielle and her admin team at Rugged SA Aftersales. On arrival, I entered the normal main front sales desk to book in a repair instead of being directed to the correct department I was escorted by Ramion (Front sales) to the correct department being further up the corridors. Keep up the good work. Rugged SA made my day, thank you guys. 🙂
