All of a sudden item is not in stock

We received a quote for a Windows 10 Tablet on the 15 Oct. We were told that the item is in stock and so we made the payment (and sent the proof of payment) on the same day. On the quote it says that the item will be delivered in 2-4 working days. It has now been more than 2 weeks and nothing, not even a tracking number. When we called to find out what is going on we were told the stock sold out just before we paid and new stock had to be ordered from China and they are waiting an air waybill but they cant give us an ETA. This is rather disappointing as this was our first time ordering from RuggedSA We've had good recommendation of you guys and I believe you have many happy clients but this has caused a major problem for us as we are needing the tablet quite urgently for a project.
