We had a terrible experience during our stay. We booked our accommodation through Booking.com for the dates of December 31 to January 2, and we paid all costs plus a deposit R2000 We were supposed to receive this deposit back upon checkout, but as of January 30, we still haven't received it.

To make matters worse, the manager has been very unhelpful in communicating with us. He keeps making excuses and lying about when we can expect to receive our deposit back. According to our contract, we were supposed to receive it within seven days of our checkout.

Additionally, we found the property to be unsatisfactory. The cleanliness was subpar, the bedroom doors did not close properly, and the lawn was not well-maintained. Booking.com has also not been helpful in resolving these issues.
