Juice gone bad before BB date

I bought 6 off 1 litre tomato juices to be consumed before the Best Before day, about 3 days before, and the juixe was already off. It was decayed to a very thin watery liquid instead of the thick juice we always get. I did send an email and they never bothered to respond as I am not employed and cannot just lose 100s of rands.
