They **** to me, have my money and do not want me to exchange and get a garmet that is fitting

<p>I purchased school uniform from Rufaro Garmets and paid by EFT. I tried to go and exchange one item from a smaller size to one size up, I had proof of payment with me and I was not allowed to do the exchange because I did not have an invoice. The money is in the business account and I have proof of that and I am sitting here with a jacket my daughter will never wear because it does not fit her. Rufaro Garmets told me I could go and make my child fit the jacket and come and exchange it if it doesnt fit her. They told me they would give me a call on the 16th of January 2017 for me to do an exchange but clearly they ****. They have my +R400 in their account but are failing to give me propper service. They are failing to give me a jacket that fits which I have actually paid for.</p>
