Poorest service and bad attitude from staff

Worst experience in January. I bought items 28th December, at MELROSE Branch and returned them 7th January. I still have not received my money back to date 4 weekend later (end of January)but tons and tons of useless and lame excuses, basically these people CANNOT give my MONEY back as if I were to buy with the same explanations they would give me the items. I am beyond disappointed with this poorest service and incompetence in customer service! The lady that I found there following up on MY refund 4th time had such a stinking attitude and was just as useless! I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK.
