Poor service/ Online order

I ordered school bags online on the 4th of January 2025, according to their online delivery instructions is that it takes 1-3 business days . Today is January 10 and still have not received my order or any communication from Rufaro. I contacted them twice already, I was firstly told that they will contact the warehouse and get back to me on the second encounter I called again and they hung up on me . What poor service and being inconsiderate to customers. Schools are reopening on the 15th and we don’t need this kind of further stress and anxiety.
