Online purchase

I placed an order with the store online on the 3rd of Feb and when I check to track the order, there isn’t sufficient information to give one an idea of the progress of the order. I then called on Thursday the 11th to follow up, spoke to a lady called Mellisa who assured me that I’d receive my parcel on Friday the following day. Well it’s the 15th and I still haven’t received my order. Maybe they should stick to walk ins and leave the online business to competent businesses
