Online delivery very bad

I bought uniform online on Saturday(15 Jan 2022) and store attendance told me it takes two days to be delivered. Today(18 Jan 2022) I have called their store and being told the order will be delivered today,however even now I have not yet received my order and it is my child first day at school with no uniform.Their store do not keep all sizes.Please assist urgently.
