No stock of Spark School Winter Jackets...in the middle of Autumn.

Called Rufaro stores to confirm availability of the Winter Windbreaker jacket for Spark Schools. Eventually phoned the Rufaro Warehouse too. All these places apologized but they were out of stock. OUT OF STOCK??? In the middle of Autumn and on the coldest week so far of the year, how do you completely run out of stock? The stock controller needs to explain how stock runs out completely and why it was not monitored when stock level was low to avoid this problem in the first place and then thereafter they must get fired for incompetency.
