No Remorse
i purchased an additional long khaki pants for my son earlier this year, i washed the pants as soon as i purchased it (standard practice) then the lockdown happened, my son never wore the pants and since he is back at school we noticed the pants does not fit - i called rufaro and the refused to assist , we bought the pants with no intention to return it.......given this pandemic, im utterly disgusted and disappointing R195 down the drain

It is indeed unfortunate that the pants no longer fit your son. However, as communicated telephonically, we are unable to accept returns of previously worn or washed items as we would be unable to resell these.
