Impatiently awaiting refund

I bought their expensive shirt on the 24th of December and returned it 10th of Jan 2025 as my husband had already bought shirts as well, to my surprise our refund was not given to us same day we get told that its 7-10 working days but nowhere in the terms & conditions it states that. They have ZERO customer service as it is UNACCEPTABLE that we have to wait so long for a refund and they failed to state the turnaround time on their T's & C's.
